Thermal Transfer Label Materials:
-
Matt White Paper – thermal transfer paper labels with a matt finish, ideal for labelling of packaging boxes and pallets.
-
Semi Gloss Paper – thermal transfer paper labels with a medium gloss finish, ideal for general promotional and quality product labelling applications.
-
Polyester – Polyester (PE) films are suited to high quality long lasting applications requiring resistance to heat, water, oil and chemicals. Ideal for asset and serial labels, cosmetics, appliances, electrical equipment.
-
Polyethylene - Polyethylene (PE) films are resistant to water, oil and chemicals. Ideal for labelling test tubes, vials, chemical drums and products with a highly curved surface.
-
Polypropylene – Polypropylene (PP) films are resistant to water, oil and chemicals. Ideal as a long term solution to labelling packaging materials, patient and laboratory samples.

Direct Thermal Label Materials:
-
Direct thermal – thermal paper labels for short to medium term use with limited resistance to scuffing and moisture. They will also discolour if exposed to direct sunlight (UV). Contact should be avoided with oil and fats. These are ideal for shipping labels due to their cheap pricing.
-
Top coated direct thermal – a paper label with a protective coating on the surface of the label to provide greater resistance to scuffing and moisture and has better resistance to UV. It also provides more resistance to chemicals and grease etc.
-
Direct Thermal Polypropylene – this is our most durable direct thermal label material. It is a synthetic label with a top-coat, providing a higher level of protection against scuffing and moisture, with a higher level of durability than paper labels.
